A real life Hollow

Omg I can't begin to tell you just how proud of this I am! 10 hours of work in one day! Whew!

She's made from an very very old horse, probably one of the first ones I ever got as a kid.

That is indeed a real skull, from a martin.

I had to do so much work on this to get it to finally look right! The whole horse was sanded, then got three base coats of white, two of the copper and the rest was all done by hand. the mane was dyed *she has no tail yet*

I basically decapitated the poor horse, using a wood burner to melt the plastic so I didn't risk breaking any of the other parts of the horse. I then used sculpty to form a new neck and to hold the skull in place

It was so much fun to do!


I may take commissions of these guys, depending on if I can get some large horses so if you want one please note me!
